Simply package up your iPod in bubble wrap and post to us in a padded ‘Jiffy’ envelope via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service (This will give you insurance up to £500 should anything happen to your iPod in transit).

Once we have received your iPod it will be inspected by one of our engineers and if there is a problem which is not battery related, you will be informed by email before any work is carried out. If no problems are found, the new highest capacity battery will be installed and tested. Once we are satisfied that your iPod is back to maximum capacity, your ipod will be returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery Service (Next day guaranteed).

We can usually replace a battery within 24 hours.

Replacement service can be carried out on all iPods 3G to present.

Please DO NOT send us your ipod if it displays either of these icons as the problem is probably not battery related. Please refer to www.apple.com/support/ipod for possible remedies. If the icons are still showing after trying Apple's troubleshooting then we suggest contacting an ipod service centre.
